There are two steps to the sexy body you’ve always wanted: Get your body moving and Eat the right foods to fuel your activity while allowing you to burn your stored body fat. No magic machines or pills, just a full body workout like the one outlined here and a healthy balanced diet.
Your full body workout should be designed to burn calories and fat as you add lean muscle mass, and adding lean muscle mass increases your metabolism which burns even more calories. A good positive fat burning cycle to be in. Short and intense workouts work best to fire up your metabolism.
If you prefer, you can perform your full body workout at home with only your bodyweight and little or no equipment.
Your workout should include a minimum of these 6 exercises: squats, lunges, push ups, dips, chin-ups, and burpees and variations of these exercise. This group of exercises requires a wide range of multijoint movements, uses a variety of muscle groups and burns the most fat.
Sample Beginners Workout A
Bodyweight Squats x 15, followed immediately by Push Ups x 15, Plank x 30 seconds followed by one minute of rest. Repeat this circuit three to five more times as time permits. If you prefer not to count repetitions, find an electronic timer and perform your exercises for 30, 45 or 60 seconds each and continue without stopping. This short circuit will work your entire body in only 15 minutes and burn fat well after you finish the workout.
Sample Intermediate Workout B
Burpees – stand with your feet shoulder width apart and drop down into a squat, then place your hands on the floor in front of your feet. Kick your feet back until you are in a push-up position, do a push-up and then kick your feet forward until in your squat position and then jump into the air.
Complete as many burpees with push ups as possible in 10 minutes, or a set a goal to complete 50 and perform them as quickly as possible. This one complex exercise will work your entire body in a very short time while elevating your metabolism and greatly increasing fat burning.
Each time your perform your Burpee workout, increase the number of repetitions or sets. Strive to perform more burpees in your set time, or complete your goal number of burpees in less time.
You can complete either of these total body workouts in a small space in your home, and both bodyweight workouts are extremely effective and help you quickly achieve a lean, healthy and attractive runway model’s physique.
